Questions
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Your domain's DNS needs to be managed through Cloudflare; we take care of the email records. Moving from another provider switches where new mail arrives, so we plan the switch-over with you.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or the Gmail app?
Not yet. Sevenomail works in any modern browser and can be installed on your phone's home screen. Desktop mail apps that use IMAP are not supported at the moment.
Can I run email for my clients?
Yes. One account can manage several domains, and you can make a client the admin of their own domain so they manage their own users and mailboxes.
Who can read my mail?
Only the people who have been given access to a mailbox. Administrators can create and remove accounts, but they do not see message contents unless they add themselves to a mailbox.
